Take time to inspect each item on which you plan to bid. Items are available for inspection prior to the sale. We describe items to the best of our ability based on the owner's supplied information but there are no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, including the warranties of suitability for a particular purpose. 4D Auction Services is not responsible for any errors in description or condition. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
Announcements made the day of the sale take precedence over any other printed or online information.
You are one step closer to owning the merchandise! Remember, all sales are considered final so don't bid unless you want to buy. If you win the bid you are responsible for the items safe keeping. You can take possession of the item(s) once payment has been made. Payment must be made on the day of the auction. Items not paid for cannot leave the premises and will be disposed of at the discretion of 4D Auction Services.
Understanding the "Buyer's Premium"
A buyer’s premium is an additional charge on the winning bid at an auction that must be paid by the winner. This premium helps cover the auction costs...online access, staff, advertisement, etc. The buyer will pay for the item with the additional premium, along with any other fees that are charged such as sales tax. However, it is important to remember that the buyer’s premium is an additional charge and not an additional tax.
Once payment has been made you can load up your items. Anything left behind will be considered abandoned, and 4D Auction Services may, at their discretion, remove and dispose of said items at their discretion.
Some items have a reserve bid and may not be sold to the high bidder. 4D Auction Service has the right to refuse any bid.
